Server Co-Location, Dedicated Servers & Virtual Private Servers

There is no money back guarantee on these types of services, however a prorated refund on the remaining time period will be refunded back to the customer at the date of cancellation.

Computer Parts

Parts purchased through Ingram Computer Services has a 30 day exchange only warranty. Customers can request a full refund, but it will be at the digression of management and the type of part returning. Customers that receive a refund will pay a 20% restocking fee.
