Ingram Computer Services was started in April 2002 by Matt Ingram. ICS started as a home based business providing onsite services to local businesses and residential customers.

In April 2005 ICS moved into its brand new office at the University Business Park located at 1330 College Street.

In late 2002 NetSouthern Technologies was created to host websites for the incredible market Clarksville, Tennessee has to offer. NetSouthern focuses on web application development.

Matt Ingram's experience started in 1999 when he was the IT Administrator for Clarksville.Net which later became Clarksville Internet Services. He then went on to work as an On-Site Technician at N&F Computers. In April 2002, he saw a niche in the service business that other companies were lacking and started Ingram Computer Services.
