You must order these components directly from the manufacturer. These usually result in a higher cost of 2-3 times what the price of a standard part would cost. ICS computers follow the open architecture standard. This means that parts are readily replaceable by third party manufacturers. You can take an ICS computer to Australia and a computer shop there will have the parts to service the computer.
