Sometimes it can be such a hassle to get your computer into the shop for repair. It can also be a hassle to pay an On-Site Technician to come out to your home or business just to perform a simple task. Ingram Computer Services is proud to announce our new Remote Technical Support service.
Using the Service is Simple
1) Download our remote access program
2) Call our office to speak with a technician (931) 542-9327
3) A technician will let you know which Tech Station to choose.
4) Open the program and double-click the Tech Station to allow the technician to connect to your computer.

How much control will I have and is it safe?
Our remote access software features 256 bit encryption.
You will be able to see everything the technician is doing.
If you do not like what the technician is doing you can stop the session at anytime.
Our program does not install anything on your computer.
It does not install anything in the registry.
All that is required is Windows 95 or later to be installed as the operating system.
